Important information about Deliveries.
We will make every effort to speed the delivery of your order. Dispatch is usually 7- 14 working days after payment with the exception of Special Items were we will keep you informed.
With the majority of our larger items our Carriers will deliver to 'Kerbside' only, due to their Insurance companies restrictions. Please ensure that there is adequate access, that you have a level, dry and secure area to store your goods and especially in the case of carpet rolls at least 2 health adults to move your order indoors.
Free Delivery for Orders over £400
We apply a sliding scale for Delivery charges based on your total Order value. [see table below] These are for UK Mainland addresses only with a surcharge required by our Carriers for these Post Codes AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD.

Call and Collect
With prior arrangement you can call in at our warehouse and collect your order, in these cases we will refund your delivery charges. The location of our warehouse is shown on our Contact Us page.
